GBRf 2021

Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th September 2021

GBRf 2021 will be the third 4-day Railtour marathon that we have operated. Originally planned for 2020 but postponed due to Covid, our train will depart from London Victoria on Thursday 2nd September 2021. Over the following four days and one overnight we will travel over many parts of the UK Rail Network, featuring some scenic routes and unique traction before finishing as has become customary under Brunel's famous canopy at London Paddington on the evening of Sunday 5th.

Our aim is to make as much money as possible and this Charity Railtour is being operated in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
You can find out more about all the good work they do at their website https://prostatecanceruk.org/.

Tickets will be available from our online Ticket Office on Friday 2nd April 2021.

We are delighted to be able to release the full plan for GBRf 2021. All routes and locomotives are provisional and subject to final confirmation.

The full itinerary for each day can be found by clicking on the images below:

Additional Notes

In addition to the planned itineraries above, the organisers have a number of surprises up their sleeves for the weekend.

The organisers will make every effort to provide the advertised route and locomotives, but the plan is subject to Network Rail validation and final agreement with locomotive providers.

The Full Works option will also include a goody bag which will contain some unique memorabilia from the trip.
For GBRf 2021 we will also make the goody available to purchase as an add-on to any other type of ticket.

General

On each day, we will try to incorporate short stops where possible to allow a break from the train, and the opportunity to take photographs.

Where possible we will attempt to seat people together where requested. We cannot guarantee this where people have made separate bookings, especially where there is a mix of people joining for individual days and the entire tour.

Due to the logistics involved in the catering, we cannot seat passenger taking the Full Works option with those that are not.
